How Knightron assesses crypto exchanges, products and platforms.
We publish reviews of centralised exchanges, derivatives venues, on-ramps, wallets, prop-trading firms, card products, staking products and related crypto services. The mix of factors we consider varies with product category.
Reviews are based on a combination of hands-on testing where practical, publicly available information (regulatory disclosures, published fee schedules, security reports, official documentation) and, where relevant, information provided by the operator. We may not always be able to independently verify every claim made by an operator (for example, self-reported reserves or trading volumes).
Where we publish a score or a rating, it represents Knightron’s assessment based on information and testing available at the time of the review. Scores are not a prediction of future performance or safety.
We may have commercial relationships with some of the operators we review — including sponsorship and affiliate arrangements. Sponsorship or affiliate participation does not guarantee a positive review or a favourable ranking. Commercial relationships are labelled on the review page in line with our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure.
Crypto products change quickly. We aim to show a “Last reviewed” date on each review page. Fees, features, regulatory status and jurisdictional availability may have changed since the last review — please verify current details directly with the operator before acting.
Reviews reflect editorial opinion. They are not investment, legal or tax advice, and they do not guarantee any outcome. See our Disclaimer.
