Bitcoin climbed above $78,000 early Wednesday before settling at $80,545, up 2.82%, as spot Bitcoin ETF inflows provided sustained demand, according to CoinMarketCap. The publication reported that ETFs drew approximately $1.8 billion in net inflows across three consecutive weeks, offering consistent buying pressure against available supply. The rally followed a sharp 4.08 percentage point swing over 39 hours tied to US midterm election volatility, with BTC initially dipping as Democrats secured majorities in both chambers before rebounding as uncertainty cleared, CoinMarketCap noted.
